Refund Policy
In short:
- You can get a refund within 7 days of your purchase or subscription renewal.
- No questions asked, no emails to send. 🔥
- Self refund by clicking a button.
How can I get a refund?
Did you purchase a subscription less than 7 days ago or was your subscription renewed less than 7 days ago?
In this case, you simply need to click the "Cancel Subscription" button on yourbilling page
Once your subscription is canceled, you should now see a button that says "Refund last payment". Click on it and your refund request will be sent automatically to our payment provider.
Please note that as soon as the payment provider approves the refund (which could take 1 day between the time you request the refund and it's approval), your account will be downgraded to the free plan and you will lose access to the premium features.
Once the refund is approved, the money will be sent back to your credit/debit card within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that we do not have control over the time it takes for the refund to be processed and should you have any questions about the refund status, please contact our payment provider or reach out to me at support@zillowdataexporter.com.
