Introduction
Zillow Data Exporter is a free tool that allows you to export property data from Zillow.
This new version introduces the duplicate listing filter. When you are exporting thousands of listings, it is possible that you will have duplicate listings. This is especially true when you are exporting data from multiple pages. This new filter allows you to filter out duplicate listings.
It does so by keeping track of the listings that have already been exported. When a new listing is found, it is compared to the list of already exported listings. If the listing is already in the list, it is not exported. If the listing is not in the list, it is exported and added to the list.
You can customize the setting by choosing the look-back period. The look back period can be set to 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week or 1 month.
If you, for example set the look-back period to 1 month, any listing that has been exported within the last month, will not be exported again. Same thing if you set the look-back period to 1 week, any listing that has been exported within the last week, will not be exported again.
What's new
- Added the duplicate listing filter. This filter allows you to filter out duplicate listings. This is useful when you are exporting data from multiple pages and you want to remove the duplicate listings.
- Updated the tabs to make room for future features
- Added messages regarding Google Sheets uploads and metadata uploads. These messages give you feedback and let you know when something is happening in the background.

- Fixed various small bugs.
Install
The extension is available for free on the Chrome Web Store.
The update should have been applied automatically, but you can also manually update the extension by following the detailed guide located on the this page.
